By purchasing credits through this portal, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase. These terms apply regardless of the payment method used, including Cash App, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, Square, or credit/debit card.
Credits are digital goods that can be used for AI generations on the Marq AI platform (trymarq.com). Credits do not expire. Credits are non-transferable and tied to the email address used at the time of purchase. Each credit package is a one-time purchase — no subscriptions or recurring charges are created.
If you do not have an existing Marq AI account, one will be automatically created using the email address provided during checkout. You may update your password after logging in at trymarq.com. By providing your email, you consent to account creation and credit delivery to that account.

All payments are processed securely through PCI DSS-compliant payment processors. We do not store or have access to your payment credentials.
Credit package prices are displayed at the time of purchase in USD. TryMarq, LLC reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases. All prices are inclusive — no hidden fees, taxes, or additional charges are applied.
Credits must be used in accordance with Marq AI's acceptable use policy. Misuse of the platform, including generating harmful, illegal, infringing, or abusive content, may result in account suspension without refund. Attempting to exploit, resell, or fraudulently obtain credits is strictly prohibited.
Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on refund eligibility, processing times, and how to submit a refund request. For billing disputes, please contact our billing support team before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
TryMarq, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased credits or the Marq AI platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific credit package in question. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party payment processor outages or errors.
TryMarq, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
