Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All credit purchases are considered final. AI generation credits are digital goods delivered instantly upon successful payment and are generally non-refundable. This policy applies to all payment methods including Cash App, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, Square, credit cards, and debit cards.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Credits have not been used or partially used
  • The request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase
  • There was a technical error that prevented credit delivery
  • A duplicate charge was processed in error
  • The transaction was unauthorized (fraud)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our billing support team with the following information:

  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Date and amount of the transaction
  • Payment method used (Cash App, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, card, etc.)
  • Reason for the refund request

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method:

  • Cash App: Refunded to your Cash App balance
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay: Refunded to the linked card
  • PayPal / Venmo: Refunded to your PayPal/Venmo balance
  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card (may take 5-10 business days to appear)
  • Square: Refunded to the original payment source

5. Partial Refunds

If credits have been partially used, we may issue a partial refund proportional to the unused credits, at our discretion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the per-credit rate of the original package purchased.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact our billing support team before filing a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and loss of remaining credits. We actively work to resolve all billing issues quickly and fairly.
